Email Address: We collect your email address solely for authentication purposes. We use a passwordless magic link system to verify your identity and manage your session.

Listing URLs: When you add a listing, we store the URL of your Airbnb or VRBO property. This is used to identify and analyze your listing.

Publicly Available Data: We scrape publicly available information from Airbnb and VRBO listings, including titles, descriptions, amenities, pricing, photos, and reviews. This data is publicly accessible on these platforms.

Analysis Results: We store AI-generated analysis results, including category scores, recommendations, and rewritten copy for your listings.

Competitor Data: For competitor tracking, we scrape and store publicly available data from competing listings within your market area.

We use your information to:

• Authenticate your account using magic link authentication
• Provide AI-powered analysis of your vacation rental listings
• Track and analyze competitor pricing and performance
• Generate recommendations to improve your listing's performance
• Send you alerts about competitor changes and market trends
• Improve our AI models and service quality
• Communicate with you about your account and service updates

We use HTTP-only cookies for session management. These cookies are essential for maintaining your authenticated session and do not track you across other websites.

Our authentication system is passwordless. We do not store passwords. When you log in via email, we generate a time-limited magic link that expires after 15 minutes.

Session tokens are rotated periodically to enhance security. You can log out at any time, which will invalidate your session cookies.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information:

• Encryption: All data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS (TLS 1.2+) and encrypted at rest in our database.

• Account Information: Retained while your account is active

• Competitor Data: Retained for up to 12 months after deactivation
• Session Data: Automatically deleted when you log out or sessions expire

Upon account deletion, all personal data is permanently removed within 30 days, except as required by law.
